The Journal is viewable as a flipbook below – use the links to the left to navigate to the different chapters. Click, tap or swipe to turn the pages. You may find it useful to click on the cross-arrows on the controls to open the Journal in full-screen mode (press Esc to exit).  The “…” button gives you other options such as download (or to turn off the page turn sound). Note: to carry out detailed search within this book, download and open in a suitable program such as Acrobat Reader or Mac Preview.
