Whaley Bridge Day Walk

Meet at the Bakehouse cafe, SK237LP, at 9am- ish for a 9.30 start on this 21km walk over the hills south of Whaley Bridge. There is afree car park near the start at the canal wharf on Tom Brad's Croft SK23 7LX.

The route will include Taxal Edge, Windgather Rocks, Cats Tor, Shinning Tor, Errwood reservoir and Fernilee reservoir will an ascent of approximatly 460 meters.

We'll decide on the day which pub to visit in Whaley Bridge for post-stomp refreshments.
